<p>Novel process consisting in using a special nozzle for extruding a paste of mouldable consistency from a kneading machine, by means of pressure, obtaining a continuous, tubular strip which will be cut transversely by a suitable cutting carriage, to the desired measurement, which tubular configuration incorporates the profile of two identical roof tiles which are assembled, in opposition, forming a compact, symmetrical assembly of regular shape over their entire length, said two profiles being joined by lateral partitions which can be eliminated by simple breaking of thinned regions which delimit them and connect to the rest of the assembly, but which remain unbroken during the cutting, drying, baking and cooling processes, the pieces separating only before they are dispatched or stored.</p> |
