<p>The machine comprises a plate, for controlling (monitoring) the sole, which is able to rotate, which interacts with a controlled roller, which is also able to move, intended to bear against the inner profile of the reinforcement during the milling operation. A centring device comprises two rollers each carried by an arm connected to an articulated rod system which is subject to the action of a spring, intended to hold the rollers pressed against the outer profile of the sole during the milling operation. The articulated rod system makes it possible to separate the two rollers from each other against the reaction of the spring when a pressure is exerted on the rollers by means of the sole. The two rollers constantly keep the sole in a centred position for correct milling.</p> |
