发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce pressure loss and improve heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein a spiral partitioning plate is provided in an inside shell to flow shell-side fluid into axial direction with a given flow speed while being whirled and heat exchange is effected by the flow orthogonally intersecting with heat transfer tubes. CONSTITUTION:The fluid A, passing through an inlet nozzle 12, enters into a heat transfer tube inert port plenum 5 through a tube-side fluid inlet pipe 10, passes through a multitude of heat transfer tubes 7, held concentrically between tube plates 3, 4, and flows out of an outlet nozzle 13 via the plenum 6 after effecting heat exchange. On the other hand, the shell-side fluid B, passing through an inlet nozzle 18, flows into an inside shell 2 through an inlet path 16 and an inflow port 20, flows down spirally by the spiral partitioning plate 9 so as to intersect orthogonally to the heat transfer tube 7 and flows out of the outlet nozzle 19 through an outflow port 21 and an outflow path 17 after effecting heat exchange between the fluid A. Thus, the pressure loss of the shell-side fluid may be reduced, heat stress due to ununiform temperature distribution generated in the heat transfer tubes may be lightened and the improvement of heat exchanging rate may be contrived.
