发明名称 AUTOMATIC PLATE THICKNESS CONTROL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve shape quality of the front edge of a plate stock by correcting a screw down device based on only a plate thickness deviation for the 1st stand and correcting the reduction for the 2nd and successive stands based on both an inlet side plate thickness deviation and the deviation in plastic coefficient. CONSTITUTION:Thickness gages 21 and 22 are set on the inlet and outlet sides of the 1st stand and a thickness gage 23 is set on the outlet side of the 3rd stand, respectively. A pulse oscillator 33 measuring advance of a plate is set on the 1st stand and a pulse oscillator 34 measuring thickness and rolling load is set on a work roll. Every stand is provided with reducing position controllers 130, 131, and 132, respectively. By the mechanism, correction of reduction for only a plate thickness deviation at the 1st and is performed based on the deviation of the base plate thickness, and correction of reduction according to both a plastic deviation plus a base plate thickness deviation is performed at the 2nd and successive stands. Thus, correction of reduction and shape quality of the front edge of a plate stock are improved.
