The process comprises washing of espernallach grass with natural water to remove sand and dust, and introduction of 10 g into 250 ml of natural water in a 500 ml container heated to boiling point with boiling for 1 min. After removing the container from the heat and sealing with holding for 2 mins. the liq. is decanted and cooled for 4 mins. The compound is sweetened with a small amt. of sugar.
