发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER MADE OF CERAMICS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of thermal stress as well as possibility of breakage by a method wherein a composite tube, consisting of an inner tube contacting with a fluid from a cool air inlet port and an outer tube contacting with high-temperature atmosphere, is structured so that both of the inner and outer tubes are elongated freely even when the difference of elongations is generated therebetween by a temperature difference. CONSTITUTION:The cool air, entered from the cool air inlet port 1, deprives heat from warm- air in the outer heat transfer tube 3 through the pipe wall of the inner tube 4 under the process of passing through the inner heat transfer tube 4. On the other hand, the cool air deprives heat from high-temperature gas in a casing 7 through the pipe wall of the outer heat transfer tube 3 under the process of turning its direction at the bottom of the outer heat transfer tube 3 and passing through a gap 14 whereby the temperature thereof is increased and, thereafter, flows out of a hot air outlet port 2. The difference of elongations is generated between the inner heat transfer tube 4, contacting with the fluid entered from the cool air inlet port 1, and the outer heat transfer tube 3, contacting with the high-temperature gas, due to the temperature difference. However, the composite tube has a structure which allows both inner and outer tubes to elongate freely into the lengthwise direction without being constrained mutually, therefore, thermal stress will never be generated and there may be no possibility of being broken.</p>
