PURPOSE:To display simultaneously the same picture as the displaying image on a large-sized picture display device at a video monitoring system and to improve a displaying function by converting digitally-processed picture data to display with the large-sized picture displaying device into a video signal by a digital/video converter. CONSTITUTION:Picture data for a large-sized picture displaying device 2 outputted and digitally-processed from a picture data output device 3 are inputted and displayed through a switcher 4 to the large-sized picture displaying device 2 in accordance with the system control signal outputted by a computer 1. On the other hand, the digitally-processed picture data are inputted even to a digital/video converter 5, and the developing processing is executed. Namely, the digitally-processed picture data are converted to the video signal which is the video signal to apply the vertical and horizontal synchronizing signals, etc. The video signal is inputted through a switcher 6 to respective video monitors of a video monitoring system 7, and the same picture as the large-sized picture displaying device 2 is simultaneously displayed.
