PURPOSE:To improve the transmission efficiency by using the communication quantity of a transmitter to change the opportunity of communication right acquisition. CONSTITUTION:In the priority communication control system of a network system where plural transmitters are connected via a communication medium and only a transmitter acquiring communication right from a token being a communication right transfer instruction obtains the transmission right, the token including the communication priority designation information is received and the information is transmitted by a transmission request as the communication right acquisition when the communication priority designation information of the own equipment is high according to the said communication priority designation information, and in other cases, the communication right is not acquired by the reception of the token and the token is circulated to the next nodes. Further, each transmitter in the network system changes the communication priority desination information to transfer much communication right to a transmitter having high sending frequency.
