PURPOSE:To enable to eliminate installation of a commercial power source by installing a power source for ignition at the starting in such a manner that in an exhaust gas path a thermoelectric element is installed to store electric power. CONSTITUTION:At a part of a buffer chamber 12 in the exhaust side a thermoelement module 19 is placed and electricity generated by exhaust heat is stored in a battery 20 or a condenser. At the starting time, by this battery 20 a fan is driven and an air is charged into a combustion chamber 1 from a mixing tube 8 via an air pipe 11 and an air valve device 9 and gas is discharged into the combustion chamber 1 via gas pipe 6, a buffer chamber 5 in the gas side, a gas valve device, and a gas distributor and an ignition plug 7 is ignited and fired on electricity of a battery 20.
