PURPOSE:To make the size of the whole device compact by arranging the clamping cylinder fixing the tip of a rod to a link housing between the housing and mobile panel and by fixing the main body of the cylinder to a cross head as well. CONSTITUTION:The clamping and opening are performed by elastically moving a rod 35a with the operation of a cylinder 35, by moving a cross head 29 along the axial line together with the cylinder 35, by moving elastically a linking mechanism in chain line shape and by moving a mobile panel 20 accordingly. In case of the opening state the rod 35a of a clamping cylinder 35 is contracted and in this state the extrusion of a product is performed by the extruding cylinder 24. On the other hand at the clamping time a big clamping force may be given by the toggle link mechanism. There is thus no necessity in providing the clamping cylinder at the external side and the length of the whole device can be shortened and it is enabled as well to make the setting up space smaller. |
