PURPOSE:A bathing agent showing improved effect on prevention of allergic dermatosis of bathing people caused by spice and dye contained in bathing agent, by synergistic action, and on suppression of ingravesence of dermatosis, comprising Glycyrrhizae Radix and rice bran as essential components. CONSTITUTION:A bathing agent comprising dried root and STRON of Glycyrrhiza glabra L. var. glandulifera Reg. etc. Herd (=G. glandulifera Waldstein et Kitaibel) and Glycyrrhiaza uralensis Fisch. et DC. of Leguminosae and fermented rice bran as essential components. the dried root of Grycyrrhiza glabar L. var. glandulifera Reg. at Herd, grinding it to give powder or cutting it into pieces, immersing the powder of the pieces in warm water at 40-80 deg.C and is used in the form of a hot water extracted esence obtained by eluting an extracted essence comprising glycyrrhizin in Glycyrrhiza glabra L. var. glandulifera Reg. et Herd as a main component. Rice bran is allowed to stand at 20-60 deg.C for 0.5-2hr, fermented, ground, and used as fermented rice bran. Addition of a ginger further increases preventing effects on allergic dermatosis. |
