FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: intrinsically safe voltage limitation device has a controller bus, a grounding bus, as well as a shunt regulator assembly. Shunt regulator assembly is connected to controller bus and grounding bus and comprises one or more control units. Shunt regulator assembly is designed to limit voltage applied to controller bus and grounding bus, to limit voltage to a safe value.
