<p>Process for obtaining mixed calcium lactate-gluconate salt containing 11 to 14% of elemental calcium. This consists of introducing gluco-delta-lactone and added calcium carbonate into a reactor provided with a stirrer and a heating coil, subsequently adding calcium lactate, and adding 40% by volume ethanol at a temperature of 35 degree C. After seeding the solution the temperature is reduced and it is centrifuged, desiccated and subjected to vacuum. Finally the product is micronised.</p> |
