PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of forming an uneven pattern and a solid pattern while achieving improvement in throughput and suppression of reduction in printing accuracy.SOLUTION: For a first region having a flat shape of a surface of a plate, the tip of a first blade scrapes a printing material off in the state of being separated from the surface of the plate. For a second region having an uneven shape of the surface of the plate, the tip of a second blade scrapes the printing material off in the state of being in contact with the surface of the plate. Consequently, with one scraping on the plate, a printing pattern including a solid pattern in the first region and an uneven pattern in the second region is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
