<p>PURPOSE:To remove the restriction of a wavelength range of light and to increase the ratio of light based on the ON and OFF of light by controlling an electric field generated around a movable thin film to change the deflective deformation of the movable thin film and interrupt or transmit light. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 105 is turned to the A side, a potential difference and capacity coupling are generated between the movable thin film 101 and an upper electrode plate 102, so that electric charge is impressed and accumulated to/in the thin film 101, attractive force is generated between the thin film 101 and the electrode plate 102 by electrostatic power and the thin film 101 is deformed and reached to the state 101. At that time, light 106 made incident from a direction C is reached to a light converging part 107 and used for optical writing almost without being interrupted by the thin film 101. When the switch 105 is turned to the B side, attractive force due to electrostatic force is applied between the thin film 101 and a lower electrode plate 103 and the thin film 101 is restored to a state 201 shown by an alternate long and two short dashes line. Light 106 made incident at that time is almost interrupted by the thin film 101 and the quantity of light reaching the light converging part 107 is minimized. Consequently, the titled device can be applied to various light sources and the ratio of light at the time of ON and OFF of light can be increased.</p> |
