PURPOSE:To enable the stable transfer of the material to be skinnned in a skinning apparatus furnished with plural pairs of skinning brushes along the longitudinal path of the material, by placing a guiding member in the path. CONSTITUTION:A guiding member 11 is placed in the transfer channel of a skinning apparatus furnished with plural pairs of skinning brushes 12-15, 12'-15', 12''-15'' along the longitudinal path of the material to be skinned (a) such as Japanese radish. The guiding member has nearly cylindrical form and placed horizontally and longitudinally at the center of the stationary frame 1.
