PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium capable of simultaneously achieving stabilization of carding and service life extension of a filter and easily providing raw materials, even while achieving capturing efficiency of fine dust.SOLUTION: A reinforcing member composed of a synthetic resin, a surface member constituted of a long fiber nonwoven fabric, an intermediate member for which at least two short fiber layers including one or more of splittable fibers and non-splittable fibers are laminated, and a backing constituted of the long fiber nonwoven fabric are laminated in the order, the respective members are partially fused, and the mixing ratio of the splittable fibers is increased from the front side to the back side of a filter medium among the short fiber layers. |
