<p>PURPOSE:To surely drop sheet scrap material sucked in a suction chamber into a heating chamber by a structure wherein an air diffuser device to blow off the air downwards is provided at the upper part of the suction chamber. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, sheet scrap material is sucked in a suction chamber 1 through a suction pipe 5 by driving a suction apparatus in the state that a drop-in damper 7 is closed. Secondly, the sheet scrap material in the suction chamber 1 is dropped in a heating chamber 2 by opening the drop-in damper 7 and at the same time blowing the air off from an air diffuser device 9. Thirdly, the drop-in damper 7 is closed and hot air is blown off from a hot air blasting device 6 in order to shrink the sheet scrap material under heat. The shrunk sheet scrap material is taken out from a scrap material taking-out port every het-shrinkage or after several het-shrinkages. Because of being forcibly dropped by blowing the air off in addition to the falling by gravity, the scrap material can surely be dropped into the heating chamber 2.</p> |
