PURPOSE:To pack granular particles into a long-sized pipe having a specific bore or above to a uniformly high density without variance in the case of packing the granular particles under the oscillation applied thereto into the long-sized pipe by controlling the powdering rate of >=100 mesh granular particles after the specified period to a specific rate or below. CONSTITUTION:The long-sized coil-like metallic pipe 5 having >=3mm bore is imposed on an oscillation diaphragm 3 on a coil spring 2 oscillated by an oscillating motor 4 and the granular particles 6 are introduced therein from a hopper 7. The powdering rate at 100 mesh of the particles 6 after one hour is controlled to <=30wt%. The granular particles 6 are uniformly packed into the long-sized pipe 5 at the high packing rate without variance from the top to the base end if the granular particles are packed therein under the oscillation applied thereto under the above-mentioned conditions.
