PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the wiring or wiring check of a data transmission line by using the rays of light cordlessly for data transmission/reception between a controller and each MC in an FMS. CONSTITUTION:Plural sets of MC2 are installed and an optical transmission/ reception equipment 3 transmitting/receiving data to/from a controller 1 is provided to each. In this case, the data is transmitted and received between the optical transmission/reception equipment 3 of the controller 1 and the optical transmission/reception equipment 3 of each MC2. That is, the transmission/ reception light section A of the equipment 3 of the controller 1 is formed movably so as to be opposed sequentially to each of the transmission and reception light section B of the equipment 3 of each MC2 or only the equipment 3 of the controller 1 is provided with plural transmission and reception sections A with the same function and they are opposed respectively to the section B of each MC2. |
