PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food such as delicious and easily cookable OKONOMI-YAKI (a thin, flat cake of unsweetened batter fried with bits of vegetables), by mixing ingredients such as vegetables to batter composed of wheat flour and soup, putting the mixture in a container, gelatinizing and solidifying the batter and storing at a low temperature keeping from freezing. CONSTITUTION:Batter is prepared by mixing a material such as wheat flour with soup containing dissolved gelatinizing agent such as gelatin. The batter is mixed with prepared ingredients such as vegetables, fish or shellfish, meat, etc., put into a container, gelatinized and solidified, e.g. by cooling, and stored at a low temperature preventing the freezing of the batter to obtain the objective food. |
