PURPOSE:To efficiently and accurately maintain hot water at a predetermined constant temperature, by controlling a water transfer pump, a feed water changeover valve, and a mixing changeover valve according to whether water level in a tank and temperature of hot water has reached respectively a specified value or not. CONSTITUTION:When the level of water fed into a tank 10 reaches a specified level to cause a water level detector 12 to operate, a water transfer pump 50 is put into operation to transfer, water from the tank 10 through a circulation-water return pipe 45 to a water-boiling unit 30, said water being heated therein, and a feed water changeover valve 60 being at the same time changed to the side of the water heating unit 30. On the other hand, temperatures of water in the tank 10 being low, a low temperature signal S2 from a water temperature detecting element 15 turn a mixing changeover valve 70 open to the side of a water-tank feed pipe 30 feed high temperature water heating unit 30 directly to the tank 10, where said water is stored. Tehn, when the temperature of water 15 in the tank 10 becomes a specified temperature, the mixing valve 25, which makes it possible to supply hot water. In such a manner as state above, hot water of predetermined temperature will be always supplied.
