PURPOSE:To restart during the prescribed time at power interruption recovering time by providing a confirming relay which confirms a start by the normal operation or the restart at the power interruption recovering time. CONSTITUTION:When power sources L1, L2 are energized, confirming relays 6, 7 operate. When an operation switch 1 is then closed, a start relay 2 operates to operate an electromagnetic relay 4 to immediately start an electric device. Since the switch 1 remains closed when the power interruption is recovered, the relays 6, 7 do not operate. Accordingly, even if a contact 2a is closed by the operation of the relay 2, the relay 4 does not immediately operate. The relay 4 operates by the closure of the contact 3a by the operation of the timer 3 after the prescribed time to restart the device.
