The present invention relates to a collection container having a backflow prevention structure which has an elastic opening/closing structure for stably inserting various collection objects such as food waste or the like into an insertion slot of a collection box for collecting the collection objects by elastic opening and closing, and preventing a foul odor produced by the collected collection objects from dispersing to the outside to stably collect the inserted collection objects and prevent the foul odor produced by the collected collection objects from dispersing to the outside. According to the present invention, the collection container having a backflow prevention structure comprises: a collection box having an insertion slot formed on an upper portion thereof to be opened; a backflow prevention cover arranged on the insertion slot of the collection box to promote elastic opening and closing of the insertion slot; and an opening/closing cover to open and close the insertion slot. The backflow prevention cover comprises: a support rim arranged in the insertion slot to divide the insertion slot into an inner diameter insertion path and an outer diameter insertion path; and one or more elastic shielding parts which support and fix a middle portion thereof on the support rim, and have an inner diameter shielding part formed on the inside of the middle portion thereof to cover the inner diameter insertion path, and an outer diameter shielding part formed on the outside of the middle portion thereof to cover the outer diameter insertion path. |
