The present invention relates to a dental shielding membrane using a silk matrix and a method for manufacturing the same. The dental shielding membrane using a silk matrix, of the present invention, is characterized in that a silk matrix with a first thickness produced by silkworms is used to prepare into pieces of silk matrix with the first thickness by matrix-dividing a silk matrix having a cross section with a first thickness into two or more proper shapes. The dental shielding membrane of the present invention is bio-compatible, has excellent tensile strength and porosity compared with an existing dental shielding membrane, and promotes the formation of new bones in a bon defect region.
