PURPOSE:To make a spacer unnecessary, to eliminate an adhesion man-hour, and to constitute a chip so that a breakage, a crack, and deterioration in dimen sion accuracy are not generated, by burying a prescribed part of the chip into a slider member and forming them as one body. CONSTITUTION:A slider member 15 becomes like a plate, and each chip 1, 2 and 3 is buried into this slider member and formed as one body so that the tip face of each chip 1, 2 and 3 faces its sliding surface 15a side. When manufacturing this device, the slider member 15 is brought to an injection molding, and in a molding space of this injection molding metallic mold, injection is executed in a state that each chip 1, 2 and 3 is inserted and positioned in positioning holes N1, N2 and N3 of a metallic mold N.
