<p>PURPOSE:To wind-tighten the wind-looseness of a web in a short time, to prevent an interlayer slip, and to improve the utilization efficiency of a cartridge by rotating a reel in the web winding direction, after the cartridge is installed, and rotating the reel in the direction opposite to the winding direction, in case when the rotation quantity is more than a prescribed quantity. CONSTITUTION:After a cartridge is installed to a device, a reel is rotated in the web winding direction, a rotation quantity of the reel is detected, and the detected rotation quantity is compared with a prescribed rotation quantity. As the result of the comparison, when the detected rotation quantity is more than the prescribed rotation quantity, a torque for rotating the reel in the direction opposite to the winding direction is applied for a prescribed time, and until the detected rotation quantity becomes less than the prescribed rotation quantity, the detection of the rotation quantity and the operation for applying the torque are repeated. In this way, a layer slip is prevented by wind-tightening a wind-looseness of the web in a short time, and the utilization efficiency of the cartridge can be improved.</p> |
