PURPOSE:To give the feeling to keep the head cool and the feet warm when the outside air temperature is low and the sunshine is available by automatically blowing out the heat-exchanged air into a compartment through upper and lower blowout ports when the outside air temperature is a predetermined value or lower. CONSTITUTION:The said device has a heat-exchanging means consisting of a cooling means 1 and a heating means 2 and a damping means 3 controlling the flow rate of the air dividedly flowing into the heating means 2, and the temperature-controlled air is blown out into a compartment 34 through an upper blowout port 31 or/and a lower blowout port 32 selected by a blowout mode switching means 20. In this case, a limiter 9 restricting the opening control signal to the damping means 3 to feed the air to the heating means 2 at a predetermined rate or higher is provided. If the outside air temperature detected by a temperature detecting means 7 is judged to be a predetermined value or less by a judging means 8, the opening of the damping means 3 is controlled via the output of the limiter 9, and the upper and lower blowout ports 31, 32 are selected by the switching means 20. |
