PURPOSE:To provide a uniform cleaning and phosphotization effect to a coil to be treated by turning the coil according to the vertical motion of an L-shaped supporting member and generating shifting and lag in the parts of the coil where the wires overlap on each other by the impact of the collision against the supporting member. CONSTITUTION:The distance (l) from the vertical axial center line X-X of a hooker H for suspending the wire coil C up to the vertical part 3b of the L-shaped supporting member 3 is designed slightly larger than the radius (r) of the coil C. The contact of the inside surface of the coil C with the hooker H is lost when an arm 4 is pushed upward in an arrow direction by a driving device 5 from the state in which the hooker H inscribes the inside surface in the upper part of the coil C in a liquid tank 2. The coil C is thereby rotated toward the arrow until the coil collides against the vertical part 3b along the slope of the horizontal part 3a of the member 3.
