REPEATING INSTALLATION FOR EARTHQUAKE PROBING DATA TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE:To transmit efficiently earthquake probing data by performing wireless repeating connection between a master station connected to a prospecting machine by a wire and a slave station connected to an oscillation receiving point by a wire. CONSTITUTION:A master station 1 is connected to a prospecting machine 3 by a wired telemetry line 4 and is provided with a radio machine 7 capable of simultaneous radio transmission and reception. A slave station 2 is connected to an oscillation receiving point 5 by a wired telemetry line 6 and is provided with a radio machine 8 capable of simultaneous radio transmission and reception. The master station 1 and the slave station 2 are inserted to optional positions in a wired telemetry system for earthquake probing data transmission to perform radio repeating of signals transmitted and received between the prospecting machine 3 and the oscillation receiving point 5. Thus, data is efficiently transmitted by radio repeating transmission even in positions where communication of a conventional wired telemetry line is difficult because of a river or the like.
