PURPOSE:To improve a storage stability of the titled developer by comprising a toner composed of a specific polyester resin and a coloring agent as a main component, and a mold lubricant auxiliary which is more difficult to transfer than the toner in the titled developer. CONSTITUTION:The toner is comprised the polyester resin obtd. by (A) 10-25wt.% an alkyl substd. dicarboxylic acid and/or an alkyl substd. diol on the weight basis of the polyester, (B) a three or more valent polycarboxylic acid and/or a three or more valent polyol, (C) >=50 mol % a carboxylic acid on the basis of the total acid components and (D) a component contg. an etherfied diphenols, and the coloring agent as the main component. The titled developer is composed of the prescribed toner and the mold lubricant axiliary whichis more difficult to transfer than the toner. The soft segment component usable to the polyester comprises the lakyl substd. maleic acid and aliphatic glycol. The polyester is necessary to contain 10-25wt.% the soft segment. Thus, the developer having the good anti-offset property and the broad heat fixing temperature range is obtd. |
