PURPOSE:To prevent forgetting the mounting of a filler cap simply and securely by making an engaging member on a body side a filler cap, and providing a releasing member for releasing engagement of an engaging lever with said filler cap, on an opener device. CONSTITUTION:When a filler cap 40 is in a closed condition, as a filler lid 20 is closed against a leaf spring 22, the curved part on the end of the engaging lever 52 of a key cylinder 50 is brought into contact with the top edge part of the grip part 41 of the filler cap 40, and rotated to a releasing member 70 side. And, after riding over the filler cap 40, the engaging lever 52 is rotated by a spring 522 and engaged with the filler cap 40 and, thereby, the filler lid 20 is locked. On the other hand, when an opener device 60 is operated for opening action from within a cab, the releasing member 70 slides to a retracting side against a spring 73, rotating the engaging lever 52 which is engaged with the hook 71 of the releasing member 70 through its engaging nib 524. As a result, the filler lid 20 is opened by means of the leaf spring 22. |
