PURPOSE:To make the external circumferential surface of the tip part adhere accurately to the inner circumferential surface of a cylindrical vessel when the title instrument is inserted into the vessel, by a method wherein the tip of a suction member is molded by a circular female mold having a tapered surface shaped a form of the tip and the other part is molded by a split mold. CONSTITUTION:A mold is constituted of a first mold 15 molding a fitting part 8 of the tip, a second mold 16 molding a part other than the fitting part 8 and a third mold 17 molding the inside hollowly. The first mold 15 is a female mold having an inner form corresponding to a headed conical form of the fitting part 8 and forming the fitting part 8 into an external circumferential surface form which is in a correct circular cross section and has not a molding line. The second mold 16 is composed of a split mold and molds the whole part of a suction port component 3 excepting the fitting part 8. The third mold 17 is used for molding a hollow part of the suction port component 3, which is composed of a core-like mold, for example, and is arranged advanceably and retreatably in an axial direction by passing through the center of the first mold 15.
