PURPOSE:To obtain shading from the sun as necessary easily and securely by fixing a base awning on fittings installed on the side edge parts of the roof of a car and rotatably installing both front and rear awnings foldably on both sides of this base awnings. CONSTITUTION:A base awning 4 is fixed between both front and rear stoppers 1, 2, while both front and rear awnings 7, 6 are rotatably supported on both sides of the base awning 4 via hinges 5 serving as fulcrums. Both the front and rear stoppers 1, 2 which keep the limits of the spreading angles of the front and rear awnings 7, 6 constant respectively, are fixed to the base awning 4, while stopping members 8 for stopping the rotation of the front and rear awnings 7, 6 are installed on the stoppers 1, 2 respectively. The base awning 4 is installed to fittings 11 installed on the side edge part 10 of the roof of a car 9 by means of catches 15. Thereby, the front and rear awnings 7, 6 can be spread above the front and rear window parts of the car 9 by releasing the catches 15, as necessary to carry out shading from the sun.
