PURPOSE:To contrive a ferritic magnet not to be cracked even if it is bonded to any other member with different coefficients of thermal expansion and contraction, by forming resin film on the ferrite magnet, and by bonding the resin film side to any other member with bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:In case of bonding a ferrite magnet 2 to a member 1 with different coefficients of thermal expansion and contraction, with bonding agent 3, resin film 4 is previously formed on the bonded surface of the ferrite magnet 2. Then, even at a lowered ambient temperature or the like, the contraction difference between the ferrite magnet 2 and the member 1 is absorbed by the resin film 4, and so the maximum tensile stress of the ferrite magnet 2 is relaxed and the ferrite magnet 2 can be prevented from being cracked.
