PURPOSE:To apply an advance force to a wheel via a load and facilitate the riding across of a lug or the like by fitting a planet gear device of specific constitution to a base board so that the line connecting individual gears is inclined against the advance direction of the wheel. CONSTITUTION:A wheel device is constituted with a wheel B having an inner gear 1 on its inner periphery and a planet gear device C arranged with two planet gears 3, 3' on a line centering a sun gear 2 and fitted to a base board A. The axis 3a of the planet gear 3 is pivotally supported by a bearing 5 suspended from the base board A, and axes 2a, 3a' of the sun gear 2 and planet gear 3' are pivotally supported by a bearing 4 suspended from the base board so that a line connecting individual gears is inclined against the advance direction of the wheel B when the base board A is horizontal to fix the planet gear device C to the base board A. Accordingly, the position of the load applied to the wheel is changed as necessary, and an advance force is applied to the wheel B and the riding across a lug or the like can be performed easily.
