PURPOSE:To improve the forming efficiency of multistage bending steps by forming the second bent in cooperation of a pressing die and the second bending die, forming the first bent in cooperation with a pressor and the first guide die, and continuously performing the steps by a sole machine. CONSTITUTION:The first bending guide die 1 moves down to contact leads 41 from above, thereby interposing the leads 41 between stationary pads 5. Then, the second bending die 2 moves down, a pressing die 3 moves upward to interpose the leads 41 between the second bending pressor 31 and the second bearing guide 22 of the second bending die 2, thereby forming the second bent 41A at the leads 41. Then, the die 3 moves down to separate, and the die 2 moves up to separate. Then, the die 3 moves up, the first bending pressor 32 slides while holding the leads 41 between the die 1 and the first bending guide 12 to provide the first bent. Eventually, the pressing die moves down to separate, and the first bending guide die moves up to separate therefrom. |
