PURPOSE:To change the setting of effective radiation power of a signal being a reflected signal of a satellite without setting change of a slave station by changing the setting of a pilot signal power of a master station, an output level of a beacon receiver or a pilot receiver or an offset value of C/N. CONSTITUTION:In changing the initial setting values T1.T2 of effective radiation power of a satellite reflected signal wave of communication signals 102, 201 into values T'1.T'2, the power (p) of a pilot signal 101 is changed to T1.P'/(T'1.P) times of the initial setting value and the ratio of the offset of an OFFSET 15 is changed to P'/P times the initial setting value. The effective radiation power of the satellite reflected signal wave of the pilot signal 101 is changed to the value T'2 through the setting change above. Thus, the effective radiation power of the satellite reflected signal wave of communication signals 102, 201 is subject to setting change for the master and slave station by having only to change the setting value of ATT 2 OFFSET 15 in the master station and it is not required to change the setting value at the slave station. |
