PURPOSE:To improve the balance of resistance to heat and impact and moldability, by blending at least two graft copolymers obtd. by two-stage graft polymn. with a thermoplastic polycarbonate. CONSTITUTION:The following graft copolymers A and B are blended with at least one thermoplastic polycarbonate. The copolymer A is at least one graft copolymer obtd. by polymerizing a mixture of 20-50wt% acrylonitrile (hereinafter referred to as AN) and 50-80wt% styrene (hereinafter referred to as ST) in the presence of a rubbery polymer in a first stage and polymerizing a mixture of 15-40wt% AN and 60-85wt% alpha-methylstyrene in the presence of the polymer obtd. in the first stage. The copolymer B is at least one graft copolymer obtd. by preparing the same polymer as that obtd. in the first stage of the above A and then polymerizing a mixture of 15-40wt% AN and 60-85wt% ST in the presence of said polymer obtd. in the first stage.
