PURPOSE:To form an inexpensive frequency multiplier with small size and light weight by constituting a circuit comprising a diode and a film circuit substrate in a metallic package as a microhybrid integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:High frequency signal input impedance matching low-pass filters 11-14 are made of micro single board capacitor and gold wire and a high frequency signal output band-pass filter 21 and a microstrip line 41 are arranged with a proper interval on the film circuit substrate 31. Thus, the circuit constitution is simple and a varactor diode is used in the state of chip, then the titled circuit is formed inexpensively and since microhybrid integrated circuit is used, small size, light weight and miniaturization of the device are attained.
