PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of a belt sheet by bending the end at the electron gun frame side of a belt sheet, by combining this bending place by pinching with a fixed member and reinforcing member and by closing with a filler material the gap caused on the bending place. CONSTITUTION:A belt sheet 8b is combined on a frame 6 via a fixed block 9b, receiving a tensile force by the movement of this frame 6. This tensile force acts so as to separate from a filling material 11 by deforming the belt sheet 8b but the deformation of the belt sheet 8b is prevented by the reinforcing block 10b. In this case the belt sheet 8b is just sufficiently delivered from a winder 16 so that no other force excepting the tensile force caused by the friction between the belt sheet 8b and a washer 15 acts on this belt sheet 8b.
