PURPOSE:To synchronize the reproducing data and to execute always the stable reproduction, at the time of writing by controlling the number of rotation of the disk so that the synchronizing signal from the disk and the clock signal for writing in the device can be synchronized. CONSTITUTION:For the raw data read from an FDD 1, a GAP detecting signal 17 and an SYNC detecting signal 18 are detected by a GAP detecting device 10 and an SYNC detecting device 11, and a phase comparator 13 is operated through an AND circuit 12. At the comparator 13, a separating clock 7 from a disk and the signal of a writing clock 9 in the device are compared, and the number of rotation of the disk is controlled through an up signal 14 and a down signal 15 of the rotation of the motor so that both signals can be the same phase. For such a reason, since the reading and the writing of information are executed while the rotation of the disk and the built-in clock are synchronized, the stable reproduction can be always executed.
