<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an input device of high precision by providing slits in electrodes and changing the resistance value between electrode terminals of the electrode by slits. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 2 are formed approximately and uniformly on surfaces of two substrates, and electrode terminals 3 are provided in both ends of electrodes, and these low substrates are so combined that their electrode surfaces face each other and electrode terminals cross each other, thus constituting the input device. Slits 4 are provided in electrodes on the outside of an effective area as the input device between electrode terminals to change the resistance value between electrode terminals, and the resistance uniformity between electrodes is improved thereby. Thus, the position detection error due to ununiformity of electrode resistors on substrates is corrected to detect positions with high precision.</p> |
