<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an input device having no input dead points by arranging particles, which are electric insulators consisting of an inorganic or organic material and have a particle size smaller than several tens microns, in optional positions between substrates and using these particles as a spacer. CONSTITUTION:Particles 4 which are electric insulators consisting of an inorganic or organic material and have a particle size smaller than several tens microns are arranged in optional positions between substrates 1 and 2 and are used as the spacer. When the flexible upper substrate 1 is pressed for input by a pencile 5, the upper substrate 1 is defomed only a little because particles 4 as the spacer have the particle size smaller than several tens microns. Therefore, the upper substrate can be brought into contact with the lower substrate up to parts near electrodes of the spacer. Spacer particles 4 are arranged with a proper density to prevent the upper substrate 1 from keeping contacting with the lower substrate 2 after removal of the pencile 5.</p> |
