Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a new three-dimensional video from a two-dimensional video. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a new three-dimensional video from a two-dimensional video, which can be implemented on a computer, includes the steps of: dividing an inputted two-dimensional video into work clips of cut units; generating object area extraction information in the work clip; and generating three-dimensional work directions by the work clips based on the object area extraction information. |
