PURPOSE:To attain the automatic winding of a coil round the core part of a magnetic recording head by means of a machine which is so far impossible, by connecting a steel wire of the prescribed length to the tip part of a magnetic recording head coil and winding the steel wire round a circumference circuit by the induction due to the magnetic force. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic steel wire 8 of an extremely small thickness is connected to the tip of a coil 4 which is wound round the core part of a magnetic recording head. When the wire 8 is fed out of a coil supply part 15 and put on a track K, the coil 4 is sucked by the magnetic force of a wound magnet 9. Then the coil 4 moves on a base plate along the track K. The wire 8 is pierced through a gap part 5 of the head 1 which is inserted within a groove part 13 so that the track K passes through the part 5. Therefore the coil 4 led by the wire 8 also passes through the part 5. The wire 8 enters a rectilinear part Ks after passing through a curve part Kr and then goes into the original groove part 13 again via the part Kr. When the wire 8 passes throught the part 5 again, the coil 4 is wound round a core part 3 of the coil 4 by a round. |
