Provided is a light emitting device which can deposit a reflecting layer with a uniform thickness on a substrate surface of the light emitting device having surface roughness after post-processing. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting device comprises: a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a light transmitting substrate arranged on a first surface of the light emitting structure, and having surface roughness on a surface thereof; a roughness relaxing layer arranged on the surface of the light transmitting substrate; and the reflecting layer arranged on a surface of the roughness relaxing layer. |
