The present invention relates to a high gloss real wood product and a method for producing the same. When a real wood product is produced, a low pressure urethane coating layer is pre-molded on the surface of a wood layer, and a high pressure base layer, which is obtained by back injection, is post-molded on the lower surface of the wood layer. Accordingly, the occurrence of bents on the surface of the coating layer due to a difference in thermal stress distribution according to a difference in cooling time after molding can be prevented. To this end, the method according to the present invention comprises: a first step of molding a wood layer (110) having a particular shape by feeding a wood material into a press; a second step of feeding the molded wood layer (110) into an insert mold, and firstly injection-molding a coating layer (120) on one surface thereof; and a third step of secondly injection-molding a base layer (130) on the other surface of the wood layer (110) to have a coupling structure (131) with another component. The base layer is post-molded after the coating layer (120) is pre-molded, so surface bents which may occur due to a difference in thermal stress distribution according to a difference in cooling time of the coating layer (120) and the base layer (130) after injection-molding can be prevented in advance. |
