The present invention relates to a patent information inquiry system using a mobile terminal. The patent information inquiry system using a mobile terminal includes: a key-input unit (110) installed in a mobile terminal (100) for a user to key-input a command; a patent number recognition unit (130) displaying a corresponding patent application number or a patent registration number in a display unit (150) and transmitting the same to a second wireless transmission and reception unit (210); a patent information managing server (200) storing and updating bibliographic information; and an information extracting unit (220) displaying the bibliographic information in the display unit (150) to allow a user to see the same.
