The present disclosure is related to a unit block workpiece processing apparatus and a unit block workpiece processing method to reduce the weight of an automotive component; an extruded rod formed of a high strength aluminum alloy is cut into the work pieces of unit blocks having a constant length corresponding to a length of the automotive component; and the unit block workpiece is supplied in sequence to the forging apparatus, whereby the control handles are mass produced to control an oil discharge rate through cold forging at a low price instead of a general cutting method to increase productivity of the same. |
